Experience the ambience of an authentic working sugar bush producing pure Canadian Maple Syrup. Help collect the sap, sample the first fresh drops of syrup, taste the magic of sugar on snow and welcome spring!
Depending on the weather, seasonal production takes place mid February through March to early April. During this time of year we celebrate by offering two weekend Maple Festivals. Enjoy tours of the sugar house, see demonstrations on how we make our famous maple syrup, enjoy wagon rides and devour our meals of pancakes and maple syrup. Check our website regularly for seasonal dates and details. Better yet, sign up for our seasonal newsletter and we will notify you when special events are happening. As an added incentive, we include scrumptious recipes featuring our own maple syrup.
Festival Dates 2011
Saturday & Sunday March 12th/13th and 19th/20th: 10:00am ~ 3:00pm

U-Pick Pumpkins! Ready picked or you pick your own!
Every Fall our grounds are overflowing with pumpkins and gourds just in time for your seasonal decorating. Make your Thanksgiving table beautiful by decorating with pumpkins and gourds in every shape and size. We also have just the right size and shape of pumpkins to create the most haunting and fun Jack-o-Lanterns along with our fine maple products available year round.

Christmas 2011
After closing in November for a few weeks during fall grain harvest time on the farm we re-open the sugar house in December with all things Christmas.
The boutique is filled to the rafters with gift baskets and maple products for unique gifts for both family and friends. We haven’t forgotten about the corporate world either. Just ask us how we can make your company Christmas one to remember!
